Action against AIDS

In 2005, we designed and organized an advanced training for journalists. Our responsibility was to find the location, to identify speakers, to invite the participants as well as to inform the media. Another project we realized for Action against AIDS was the presentation of the report "Zivilgesellschaftlicher Bericht Deutschlands" at the Bundespressekonferenz (BPF, Federal Press Conference), prior to the UN conference on HIV/AIDS in 2006. Above all, we did the press work for our client during the Kirchentag 2003 in  Berlin.

Aktion Deutschland Hilft (ADH)

Germany’s relief coalition "Aktion Deutschland Hilft" assigned us in 2007 to develop and organize an advanced training for journalists. The training focused on how climate change influences future work of aid organizations. Prior to that, we had carried out an evaluation on competitors and a location study.

Bayer Schering Pharma

Since 2002 we are designing and organizing conferences in the field of family planning and sustainability. Our responsibilities include the contents as well as the whole organization, for example, finding the contents, identifying and inviting the speakers, arranging the conference technology and handling the budget.

Joint Conference Church and Development (GKKE)

In 2003, together with our client, we launched the so called "Thursday Talks on Poverty Reduction 2015". Every year we are organizing up to four Thursday Talks. Different aspects of the UN poverty reduction campaign are discussed. Issues are, for example, HIV/Aids, developing rural areas, poverty in mega cities, the crisis in Sudan as well as justice and reconciliation in Ruanda and Uganda. The Thursday Talks are attended by experts, professionals and students.

German Council for Sustainable Development (RNE)

From June 2003 until 2008, we were responsible for the media relations of the RNE. Duties included, among others, writing press releases, organizing press conferences, producing press material, contacting journalists, managing events and designing communication strategies. The German Council for Sustainable Development was designated in 2001 by the Federal Government of Germany.

HIV in Dialogue

Since 2005 we are responsible for the press work of HIV in Dialogue (HIV im Dialog/HID). HID started with a biannual rhythm. Since 2006 HID takes place annually in Berlin's Red City Hall. Patron of the conference is the Mayor of Berlin, Mr. Klaus Wowereit. HID delivers a platform for medical doctors, politicians, non-governmental organizations, support groups, patients and journalists. Hosts are Berliner Aids-Hilfe e.V., Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum, Robert Koch-Institut and Arbeitskreis AIDS niedergelassener Ärzte Berlin e.V., Germany.

InWEnt - Internationale Weiterbildung und Entwicklung gGmbH

We are producing conference reports for the Development Policy Forum of InWEnt on a regular basis. These reports focus on topics such as good governance or human rights in developing countries. Besides, we continuously are organizing conferences on behalf of InWEnt. In 2007, for example, we managed in cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) a high-level conference for 150 experts on the topic "Perfomance and Coherence in Multilateral Development Finance", followed by a conference for Indian experts from government, academia and civil society on the issue "Health systems in Germany". In 2008, we arranged two conferences on the international financial architecture for experts from the World Bank, national banks, government and academia.

United Nations Association of Germany (UNA-Germany)

"Democratizing global governance: Perspectives of emerging powers and G8 and Summit reform and the United Nations" was one of the conferences which we could organize for the United Nations Association of Germany (UNA-Germany). This conference was connected to the  G8 Summit and took place at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
